Horizon family medical practice offers an in-house membership plan with reasonable pricing which will allow affordable medical care for patients without insurance. Both membership package covers unlimited visit, sick visit, discounted images, EKG, CBC with differential, Lipids panel, hemoglobin A1C, urine analysis, and same day appointment.
