Merrel Chang

Merrel Chang, Co-Founder of Horizon Family Medical Practice, earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and completed her Master of Science in Nursing Education with honors. Following that she earned the Family Nurse Practitioner Post Graduate Certificate, graduating with honors. Currently, she is a Doctor of Nurse Practitioner (DNP) with a specialization in women’s health. She holds Board Certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANPCB), membership in the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and instructs undergraduate nursing students at a local school.
